Title: Jimboomba shopping centre future development Post by: swan on May 05, 2007, 09:02:54 pm Anyone have any news about what the future is going to be for the shopping centre, and township? I heard Westfield has bought the centre, is this true? Will this affect the realestate price of surrounding area?
Title: Re: Jimboomba shopping centre future development Post by: Hontusjj on July 01, 2007, 04:43:47 pm From what i understand the shopping centre has been sold to Stocklands, I understand they have not renewed some leases within the building so they can renovate and or build a new shinny building. What they intend to do from there I?m not sure. Hopefully it will be something beneficial to Sunny Jimboomba.
