dose anyone know what is actually going in where around jimboomba 
?? there are so many people saying so many different things of whats going where!! WHAT have YOU heard?? 
its gonna explode in population soon... and i must say im not looking forward to it really... ive lived hear all my life i was born in beaudesert 
... and have always liked it as "in the sticks"!! 
and logan isnt exactly caring about the preservation on jimboomba, considering the huge acreage clearance planned for land off cattle camp rd, off Glynton rd. i use to walk out there to go to the river, there was so much wildlife out there it wasnt funny.then they buldozed all the huge gumtree's! without any notice to the public!.. it wasn't until a month or more later the council posted a letter for comments and objections to the development. they had a sports facility with tennis and basketball coarts, and a shopping centre, why would they need that when the spars just downs the road and they just built two huge ovals, and tennis corts off henderson! Yep, there's a lot of development going ahead these days, and a lot of it was planned way back in the days of Beaudesert Shire Council.
As time goes on, with more and more people moving in to the area, there will be a need for more facilities, more shopping centres and the like.
Sadly though all the great areas like the one you mentioned, will be bulldozed all the name of progress.
