Does anyone know what's going on with these road works? . Contractor seems to abandoned job wth only part done Angry

Sounds a bit like what they did with the Latimer/Miller Road roundabout.

It's finally been sealed, although very short of being finished, so I guess the seal is a temporary one to keep it driveable over the Christmas/New Year break.
